Creating a Culture of Quality
Brilliant line of reasoning. Leadership commitment, measurable cost of poor quality, planned and sustained action plan over extended period of time and good communication in form of documented quality management sytem are few reminders of what may help in fostering sustained quality culture in an organisation.
