ASQ Members expressed a growing interest to be more involved in advancing quality in higher education. ASQ Leadership responded by forming a Higher Education Advisory Committee and launching a higher education community.

In this community you can access and contribute to:

* Materials and curriculum: Faculty teaching quality within their courses have developed materials and curriculum that other higher education professionals would benefit from. Feel free to share materials you developed or find useful and view others' examples.

* Case studies/articles: ASQ created case studies and articles that faculty can use with their students. We would like to make these available to you. You can use these case studies in your class, or share your own case study with the rest of the community.

* Hot issues: There are a number of hot issues in higher education right now, and quality can play a role in addressing them. Registered users of the community have the opportunity to discuss these topics with one another, learn from each other and join together to be part of the solution.

* Universities building courses with ASQ's body of knowledge: This community serves universities who would like to use ASQ’s well respected body of knowledge to build courses in areas such as applied statistics, Six Sigma and quality assurance. We provide access to examples of how other universities build these courses.

* Advisory committee: A higher education advisory committee oversees developments in the areas of higher education. These members serve as a reference to you in your journey.

* Events: Quality professionals can come together through face-to-face or virtual events, to keep this community connected. Submit an event that you know of in your area, or submit an idea for an event that ASQ can plan to help your community flourish.

* Products/services: ASQ offers a number of courses, certifications, publications, books and other products that serve the higher e
